Um. NO. Slavery was like four hundred years ago. I think that slavery is well in the past, and the sooner we realize that we are all equal, and the minorities stop whining about things in the past, everything will be much better. After all, Caucasians do not host "Miss White America" and we do not have a "National Caucasian history month. Nor do we have a television network entitled "WET" (White Entertainment Television). I think time is best spent focusing on what's wrong with our world today rather than looking for pity for yesterday, when the true sufferers of that era have already gone.

Not in the least.
Besides, what about the ****** that were slave merchants themselves? There were quite a few of them and they were VERY rich men and women.
Even in the US, black slave owners made up about 40% of the slaveowners at one time.
So, no, no one's hands are clean and no one should be punished for something one's ancestors did.
Should we compensate the descendants of the Saxon peoples for the Norman invasion? Pure sillyness.

No, they don't. No one around today had anything to do with slavery. Why should any of those dead slaves be compensated anyway?? None of us left are responsible for slavery. We don't owe them a thing.

well i see nothing wrong in doing that as long as they are not just given loads of money. giving them money in their hands will definitely not make their lives easier as they may not use it wisely. instead they should look into different ways where these monies can be used to uplift them/build them
