I don't exactly know how to do that....but, if you check out
www.swishzone.com, that have a free demo of their software that you can download, and its a flash editor. It's REALLLLLY easy to use. I made a website with a flash presentation in the beginning and all I had to do was create a loop of a loading animation, and then add some wierd thing that said, "when the page is loaded continue" or something. But anyway, the software is really easy to use, so for ANYONE who has trouble with flash, I'd definately recommend this software

1- Creat two Scenes. choose any names " for example name the first scene: Loading. and the second scene: Basic.
2- create the loading animation on the first scene.and creat your animation on the second scene in 45 frames for example
3-on the first frame type this action:

ifFrameLoaded ("Basic", 45) {
gotoAndPlay("Basic", 1);
}

4-on the 25th frame type this action:

gotoAndPlay("Loading", 1);

5-place your animation movie on the second scene.
