He was nominated in 1995 for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Pulp Fiction - he didn't win though, the award went to Martin Landau for his role in Ed Wood. In the same year however, he was nominated and won the Best Supporting Actor BAFTA.

Unfortunately no. I liked him in Pulp fiction and Shaft but he knew he went all out the game when he played in that atrocious film Snakes On A Plane. Why Lord why??!!
