Use your concantenators along with the specific words you want, it'll narrow your search to the words you stated.
Write specific words that relate to what you want to search for and avoid long sentences.

enter ur query. click search. voila! u got ur search results. to get the exact result for ur query, include the keyword in double quots"", use + for multiple keywords, - for neglecting the keyword.

google is getting so commercially oriented these days I find it useful to try dogpile or yahoo search instead.
