Are you really asking bout those silly people who got their brain struck at some stupid philosophies and left it on our shoulders to be handled......OOooops i think m going little out of track.......but I know m suffering bcoz of these people only...........Some of them m listin below.....!!!
1.Euclid -- creator of Euclidean (planar) geometry
2.Newton -- created calculus, defined acceleration of gravity
3.Pythagoras -- came up with the Pythagorean right-triangle theorem
4.Shing-Tung Yau: differential geometry
5.Noam Elkies: number theory
Hope you find them...........and killl these..............hmm.....they allll r dead........But plzzzzzz some1 help me killl their stupid mind eaters philosophy.....!!!!

Two more are Gauss - published more papers on mathematics than anyone else EVER
Venn - came up with Venn diagrams

Those are the only three I can think of, unless you want to count Archimedes, and he was more of a scientist (came up with the principle of determining weight by measuring volume of displacement)
