How come even the best intentions and actions can cause bad consequences?????

I really don't understand if you do the right thing why it can come back and bite you in the ***.

Good things are held in the heart. Your mind is playing tricks on you. Follow your heart, use genuine intention and good things will happen. It takes practice and a belief in yourself. Know that you are doing the right thing (you will feel it in your gut) and you can't go wrong.

Because there are circumstances beyond our control, and besides, that seems to be the scheme of things in life.
