I cannot say what may exist in the Universe, but on Earth the crocodile is heaviest. The python is longest. In the past, sauropod dinosaurs were much larger than any reptiles living now. Brachiosaur is the largest one for which fairly complete skeletons have been found. Individual bones larger than corresponding ones of Brachiosaur have been found for dinosaurs tentatively called Supersaur, Ultrasaur and Seismosaur.

The short answer, as others have pointed out, is the Saltwater or Estuarine Crocodile (also known as the Indopacific Crocodile, Crocodylus porosus). Only the males reach prodigious size. The females usually max out at about 3.5 metres. There are about 4 females for every male Crocodylus porosus.
However, as we don't yet know for sure that some time in the past reptiles might have developed spacefaring technology and left Earth for distant galaxies, speciating along the way, I guess we had better wait until we have explored the universe before we can give an absolutely certain answer. Personally, I would bet against finding reptiles with phylogenetic relationships to Earth herpetofauna, but I would be happy to be proven wrong.

There is a difference of opinion here even among zoologists.
1. Komodo dragon.
2. Australian saltwater crocodile.
3. Leatherback sea turtle.
The leatherback sea turtle may weigh up to 1500 pouds. The Komodo dragon may be up to 300 pounds or larger. The australian seawater crocodile can be up to 23 feet in length.
Take your pick.

I notice everyone is telling you specific animals and everyone has overlooked the fact that we don't actually know, How many of you have been to Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Mercury, Pluto, Saturn, Uranus or Neptune. And that's only in our galaxy the milky way. Who's to say that our universe is not actuall the atom in a fingernail of the biggest reptile in existence, i rest my case.
