a break from your computer full stop. you will most likely have withdrawels, but in a few months you should be over it.

That's not a bad addiction, my addiction is ebay, and I don't just log on, I buy stuff, that's sad. If I were to get a divorce it would be because of ebay. But I swear everyone on friendster is on "true" and if they are not on there, they are from the philipines, lol.
