What are "pregnancy pills"??!!!
You say "if she gets on it". Do you mean birth control pills? If that's what you mean she needs to ask a doctor, but even if the doctor says she can go on them she really should think a good, long, time before doing that; because these days doctors are a little freer with thinking medications are all fine when it later turns out they are not.
She is very wise to be worried about birth control pills if she takes seizures or has blackouts. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be to have to be fending off seizures or blackouts with medication and hoping the medication will always work. I know it may not be the end of the world if she has this medical condition, but it is quite a thing for her to have to deal with. She shouldn't be adding to her worries by throwing in yet one more possible complication and risk to her health. As it is her seizure medicine probably has some risk of side-effects.
Not only is there the chance (I don't know what kind of guarantee there is or isn't) hormones could do something to the effectiveness of her present medication, but more likely the harm wouldn't be on her medicatio but on her, herself.
Everybody involved needs to be a grown-up when it comes to this matter (and, with all due respect, you may want to start by not using the term, "pregnancy pills"). I know there may seem to be an "edge" to my answer, but I'm under the impression she has said she doesn't want to take more pills and you have come on here to either double-check to see if her excuse is a good enough one or else to have people back you up in your opinion that she should be on the pill - so any "edge" to my answer is because you are not the one on either seizure medication or considering any risks to your own health because of "pregnancy pills".

Pregnancy pills?? Are you meaning prenatal vitamins?? If so- the dr. prescribed them and also the other medications. But to be sure- why not just call the pharmacy and ask the pharmasist if the two medications would react badly together?

Find out exactly what she is taking. I have provided a link below that can check for interations. I would also suggest calling the phamacy that she filled one or both of her prescriptions at, the pharmacist will be more than happy to tell you about any interactions.

no matter what anyone says. I would go to doctor before mixing pills. Especially for something that serious.

your best bet is for her to go ask her doctor about it. if she's on medication for seizures then her doctor will know what other medications will react with those pills.
