My husband's grandmother lives in TX with her so called "friend"
this friend ran off all of her family, talked her into giving her her house, and has power of att. over her. Everyone there doesn't want the grandma to come visit my husband and they want to talk **** about him and it makes me so mad. How do we convince the grandmother to stay w/ us were we live? she won't listen to reason and gets mad when we bring it up. Also if she goes back we know she''ll never come back again, so what do we do and how do we do it??

Should we just send her home and tell her good luck with the path she chose? she knows whats going on and turns a deaf ear to it. it's so frustrating

here's the funny part it's not a he it's a she that claims to be her friend but then uses the grandma to babysit her 5 kids while she works and their husband gets drunk!!

Speak to an attorney immediately. There are laws in place to protect the elderly, see if this helps. Good luck.

What to do with grandmother or with the "friend" how to kick him out. Take house from Grammy get attorney.
