I have stopped smoking but am on nrt in form of nicorette inhilator and I was wondering what the damage to my health would be.

Good for you, wish you success (I'v e failed a few times). I asked the same question to the 'nhs smoking nurse', she told me it's a medicinal nicotine,i.e. without the carcinogens like tar, carbon etc etc and the rest. Nicotine in itself apparently isnt dangerous but is highly addictive, it's the rest of the crap in tobacco and cigarettes that harm the health. Good luck!

If far away its ok.But if directly within few feet if some one inhales once ina way does not matter .but if a husband smokes nearby and if it is regular it causes problem .
When one smokes 15 a day he too effects.you need not worry .
better be away

1gram of nicotine will kill you. It's actually a poison. I'm a smoker. The inhalers are safe enough. check the box for amount per unit.

well done i quit 4 years ago after years of smoking. it was hard but worth it. it is great when u can finally say "i dont smoke". keep it up and you'll b much richer.good luck!

nicotine on its own in the inhalater is better for you than all the junk thats in fags so keep up the good work

It's not harmful in anyway other than it's addictive properties.
