I can't narrow it down to one. Cruel Intentions, The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, As Good As It Gets, I Am Sam, Super Troopers, So I Married An Axe Murderer, Reality Bites. I'd be quite happy if these were the only movies the video store stocked.
