Try an ann summers shop - theres one at the Tottenham Court Road end of Oxford street.

They usually sell tacky stuff like Thongs with animal heads on... etc!

Try your local market - they have all sorts of bizarre stuff there and you may be lucky and spot a silly pants shop.

Try making your own pants! Or buy basic black pants and sew on patch work or embroidery! You can also sew on coloful buttons and pins!

well where i live in grimsby they have them on the sunday market...so id of thought if you look on the markets you will find a pair!....hope this helps
