Do you mean that you installed it from the cd if you downloaded it you would not have a cd cover. When you purchased it you should have registered it with Norton. If you contact them they should be able to give you the activation code.

If it is not a legal copy you will then need to get hold of the serial for that version and you have not said what version it is

Try calling the support hotline and telling them that you lost the activation key and would like another one. They'll probably ask you the UPC code and stuff for verification. If they won't give it to you. Then you could always search the web for an activation key for Norton Systemworks.

Well you do have a headache here.
Believe me Symantec in not sympathetic to people in your situation. I doubt they will help you out.

Here's my only suggestion.

Go to http://www.belarc.com

Download and install their "Advisor" software. This will give you a great summary report of the hardware and software that is on your PC.

I know it displays the Product Key for Windows XP for example but I don't remember if it will show the key for Systemworks. Give it a try, it can't hurt anything.

Hope this helps.

You should get AVG free I have given you the website. Norton is real junk. I had norton and it shut down completely. I would get avg.
