This has been addressed so many times. But,I'm going to address it myself. Who are the people who are against bi/gay/lez/unlabeled, to judge them?To say it's not "normal"? Who gave them the final say in what is "normal"?Oh give me a break, the word shouldn't even exist. What they should say is "I don't like, and I know some others that don't like it, so you shouldn't do it", thats DUMB.Then they throw up the bible. I am a believer, but I can say that's such a cop out. It's all about faith, but when it comes to facts, almost everything in the bible cannot be scientically proven, so for all you know, some biggot could have written some of those statings. Some people need to stop speaking as if they are God and let him do his job, individually with the people who believe in him.The only thing they have against it is the bible, as far as that, what else is "wrong" with it? Have they harmed anyone in any way soley because of who they happen to fall in love with (same sex)? No nothing.

Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve? That's all you got? That's your big answer. Wow, that's original. Cop out. Way to go, you imposter and disgrace of a believer.

Personally I am not supportive of that alternative lifestyle, but I do not tell people how to live their lives because I wouldn't want someone to do that to me. Just because I do not agree, does not mean that I am trying to judge you or anybody else. I am sure that there are things that you do not agree with about the way someone else is living their life, but do you demand them to change to your way of thinking? Of course not. You can keep doing whatever you want as long as it isn't hurting anybody. I doubt that you are hurting someone anyway. I accept people and their choices in life, even if I disagree completely.

I am not religious
But i do agree
Alot of people judge every one else for being different
if we where all the same would we be scared of the person that has a colored car not the white or black one like every one else would
When we judge people are we really judging the feelings we really hide with in us
If god is love why is there so much hate towards gays
they are only people showing love
If we thought our own religion up and instead of paying we drank at a bar on Monday would that become tradition in a hundred years
The Bible is a book, a law book from many years ago kings told there popes to draw up a law and make it so the people of the day would not learn
so they made up heaven so people would be good
that did not work so they made up hell
as what is death if there is no fear of it.
The laws today were made up from the old bible
and just look at the Salem witch trials
it is a good example of the world a few hundred years ago

Years back, I managed some apt.s and every new tenant got the same spiel as they moved in....What goes on behind your doors is your business, until it affects your neighbors. The same holds true for life. That being said, there are lots of people out there that have nothing better to do than look for other peoples differences and expound on them. Why? I believe that it's because their own attics are too cluttered and it's easier to diss on someone else than to fix what's wrong at home. A good friend once told me that if being gay was a choice, he would of never chose it, because it's not an easy life. People need to 'live and let live'. Unless your affecting their life....

"Don't judge lest ye be judged" "Hate the sin, not the sinner" "Love thy neighbor" "Let he without sin cast the first stone"
Any of you bible thumpers recognize these quotes??? Hmm??
Some of these responses are laughable. Let pedophiles "do their thing"? Are you people for real? There is a HUGE difference between two loving, consenting adults, and a straight middle-aged white man feeling up little boys. If you can't see that difference, well, then I don't have time for you.

OK, get yourself two electrical plugs and put them together. What happens? Nothin'. That's not normal. Plug it into a socket on your wall, you got something. That's normal.

I don't think being gay is wrong, criminal, unnatural or connected to any questionable or illicit activity. I don't agree with this thinking and there are gays who have been harassed, fired or denied benefits in my hometown. I have no problem with civil unions but am against same-sex marriage. Under same-sex marriage legislation, a single mother would become secondary as a parent to her own children and the kid(s) would/could be taken away and placed in a same-sex home that is not relevant to the situation, a mother putting her child up for adoption might have to choose a same-sex home against her will, pastors, priests and rabbis may be forced to conduct same-sex ceremonies.
Gays do not reproduce. Asking for equality is one matter under the law; nobody should be denied common-law status or the right to receive benefits. It is a constitutional right to be protected against discrimination. However, redefining marriage and claiming it is discriminatory not to do so requires other legislation, government intervention and acts to create 'an illusion of exact similarity' betweeng gays and straights that doesn't exist.
There used to be infertile couples who felt 'inadequate' because they couldn't have children, so adoption agencies put pressure on young teenage girls who were alone and pregnant. They pretty much had to give up their kids. The agencies made money off of them. Now people reject disabled, mentally ill, Black, Native, Hispanic and older children in favour of white newborn baby girls. It is as if they are ordering a pizza and they have become desperate with a six-year wait on average. There is surrogate parenthood and the sale of eggs and people talking about embryo-based research for profit and sperm donors at clinics. It is ridiculous.
If gays cannot reproduce, perhaps it is not part of the plan for them. I really don't think there is anything wrong with being gay and having a partner living common-law, and they should get benefits and have communal property laws, pensions, etc. but that is different from same-sex marriage. It would become a nightmare of legislation and the government would have to ensure some type of guarantee about children and reproduction you don't want them getting into.

well, the way I view it is that i, and any God that I could imagine, might have a problem with the violent and hurtful ways that mankind uses against each other...but he certainly wouldn't object to two consenting adults loving each other.
