Most of the time nothing, but when they become teens some of the time everything. Congrats again!

Anyone or anyTHING can reproduce. Being a GOOD parent is something that is becoming more rare these days.
Being a good mother means:
Learning the value of discipline and teaching your child. How are they to learn self-discipline if they have never had discipline or seen in displayed in a parent?
Learning to make a meal, instead of buying McDonalds and TAKING IT TO THE KID FOR THEIR LUNCH MEAL!
Creating a stable and mature household atmosphere, with nurturing and without tension or subterfuge or abuse of any kind.
Reading with your child, every day for a substantial portion of the day.
Learn good nutritional habits and pass those along to your child.
Don't use the TV or video games as a babysitter. Better yet, get rid of the TV alltogether, for the time your child is less than school age.
Not hovering too closely. If the child never has the opportunity to fall off the jungle gym, they aren't going to have very good coordination.
Oh, how I COULD go on, but you get the idea.......

I'm not sure there is anything better. One answer said "rich and thin" - well, everyone is different, so if that's what fulfils you... I suppose... Fine!
For me, being a mother is amazing, that is what really fulfils me - I have a four year old boy who lights up my life every day (and vice versa sometimes, but the good overcomes the bad!!) - I can't imagine my life without him, I reckon I'd be lost!
Now I'm going to be a mother for the second time I'm just as excited, and I can't wait to go through the experience again.
Being a mum is the best!
