to begin with i enterd collage with a iep diploma. and i told them that i would need extra help with some of the work they wanted untill i was hafe way through my first class to send me the ada paperwork. in that case i was allready failing the one class. and then i was told in order to stay in i would have to retake the class and pay another 720 becuase grants do not pay for failed classes. and being that i am disabled the army will not work becuase they will not let me join. this collage was a online collage.

You should be able to defer your payments, based upon your current financial situation. All college loans are required by law to allow for this option. If you've requested to do such, and your lending institution isn't cooperating, then I suggest getting in touch with your state comptroller office and report the incident.

Good luck, hopefully you won't be in this position for long.

You go to talk wth them, show them your income and offer them a set of postdated cheques to pay off the amount in 10 payments.

Unless your loan has been outstanding for a long time and you have paid nothing toward it, they should accept this approach.

Then you sue your "collage" because they didn't teach you "good".

You do little things like moving in with your parents, selling your car and getting rid of your social life. Also you might learn how to spell college.
