He is mad b/c i won't fly out to where he lives( he said he would pay) I said he could come here to see her, if he gives me notice. Which he said he wont. He is not allowed in my house, when I'm here alone b/c of his anger

I doubt he would get shared custody, but he will likely get some sort of visitation. He is the father. I know you know this, but you need to get a d*mn good family attorney. The fact that he has only seen her once in 13 months is in your favor. Just don't go into that hearing alone. Or you don't stand a chance. Get an attorney.

Very little.
he may get visitation , but make sure you file for court regulated child support, if a father wants rights he also needs to maintain his financial obligations. Find an advocate our a family lawyer to help you ensure you and your childs interests are represented fairly. Try to maintain a civil relationship with the dad.
And I am saddened to see some of the abusive answers to your question. Some people are very disturbed.Good Luck.

If the judge realizes that the child needs a father and the child really is half his.. I hope a lot.
Women should not use men as sperm donors just to have a kid.
You loved the man enough to spread your legs for him and did not use reliable protection, the least you could do is not punish the child and raise her in a one parent home.
(Perhaps the only reason he saw her once is because you made it so miserable with him when he showed up)

good if he's fit. you didn't make the child by yourself so why wouldn't you want to share the responsibility ?be glad the father will share this life with you ,let him share in all the good and bad times ahead, at least you will have support and someone the child respects and knows when he or she becomes a teen and you then need help with discipline. you should count your blessings for his interest. if he;s no good well you picked him.

1st thing you need to do is hair a good lawyer. With his anger issues and the fact that he hasnt made but 1 attempt to come see her I dont think the judge will award him anymore than vistation rights.
