The problem may not be so much that you are tight but that you may not be properly lubricated. Try one of the lubes on the market. You could try a little more foreplay as well. If that doesn't help, try a perianial massage to help relax and loosen the muscles in the area. This is usually done to help reduce tearing in the area during labor and delivery. Ask your obgyn for info on this .

You probably aren't fully aroused when he penetrates. Make sure that he slows down and spends more time on foreplay, so that you won't have to be in any pain. If lubrication isn't the problem then you should got to a gynocologist, they can help women who's vaginal muscles do not stretch properly.
