You can be helpful, supportive when they need you and not ask them to prove that they are your true friends.
Really isn't all this convincing business a bit silly?

Whenever people see your honestity and sincerity they will feel that you are a true friend. For this eason say truth to them always even if it's not good for you. They will undrestand you soon!

Hey ...if i u think tht they trust u then i think u shud just simply say sorry....Just say tht u have now realized the value of ur precious frendz...... U wont do nething wrong to hurt ur frendz.....
If they really have faith on u then they'll understand n 4give u but if they dont...then i think u shud gift sumthing...A card of saying sorry!!!
