i just got it and was a bit disappointed, i was expecting it to be way better than mario 5 but didnt think it was. i saved playing it til i got home from work and was disappointed

It's definitely different and my fave board is Faire Square.
I always try to put the pirahna plants down on the spaces leading to the star home and at the tops and bottoms of ladders. It's just a different game to get used to. I don't like Castaway Bay too much but the others are okay.
Mario Party 7 is even more different with different boards and if you don't like 6 you prolly won't like 7.
7 is the last game for GC as well. MP 8 comes out on the new Nintendo Wii.

well i got it and got the secret character and the last star sprint and the last party mode board my answer would be collect the star you get and if you get 100+30+50=180 so there you have it.

ohh man each time they come out with a new one its gettin worse and worse mario party reaks man it became way to boring
