Beyonce definitely. She has an amazing voice and she has been in the music business a while so she could pull that sh*t off. She has class. She doesn't try to get famous by her looks, she is famous for he voice. She has talent. I'm not dissing Rhianna or anything but Beyonce wins on my chart.
