yes. you must have a capture card to convert t he analogue signal into digital, just like converting videotapes to dvds , you would connect your turntable to your computer the way you
I have seen it done. I think it might be a bit easier that converting video because it is only sound and it doesnt need to synch the way videotapes do. I have no idea where you act\ually connect the turntable but a simple question on an appropriate website would tell you.

you need a turntable, good quality pre-amp, hookup wire, good quality sound card and a sizible memory and harddrive. you can get the software from down loads or buy. i got my software from ebay
