Tell your brother to get him off of your back. He is the one to blame for it isn't he? If your brother won't do it, e-mail me. I will. :-) My biggest pet peeve is men that have those type of issues-ie harassment-stalking-chasing-etc.

Your question is a bit confused. Initially you are saying that he is a friend of your brother. Secondly you are saying that neither your brother nor you have seen him before.
OK, in either of the case you must report the case to your parents. If he is not a friend of your brother, you must say this to your brother also asking him to solve the problem created by him by giving your telephone no. to that guy. If he is a friend of your brother, first try to find out the circumstances in which your brother gave your telephone no. Does your brother has any vested interest in that or not ? If he is some vested interest never tell him otherwise say him about the wrong doing of his friend.
