depends on what you're in the mood for.
do you have to make the sandwich or is it made for you? that would be the healthier option but sometimes a burger is the only thing you fancy!
If you're happy to have either, have the chicken sandwich, save the burger for a time when that's what you really want!

On the surface, you would think that a chicken sandwich is healthier. But, when you look at it more closely, most chicken sandwiches at these fast food places are deep fried, making them very high in fat, even higher than the burger. So, most definitely, a hamburger would be the better choice. Just be careful with the toppings.

Better tasting, or better for you?
Former is burger soaked in grease, ketchup and mayo. A couple of slices of crispy bacon and melted cheese on top.
Latter is chicken breast sandwich, no dressing.

Chicken sandwich with lettuce,thinly sliced tomoto,cucumber and a dollop or mayonaise brown thick bread cut into four.... yummy a burger will be too greasy and will make you feel bloated cos you will have chips and a large coke
