I always try to eat a few pieces of crystalized ginger before resorting to anything stronger. It often works. We use it so much that we keep crystal ginger in a canister in the kitchen. Crystal ginger is getting easier to find. Most WalMarts carry it in the produce section...hanging in packets with the garlic, dried tomatoes, etc. Most health food stores carry it too.

Yes dear you will have to eat some saltine crakers first that's always good for the upset stomach.then you will have to get some Herbal tea make it warm not to hot alright,you can get lemon because it breaks up the mucis fast.And it want make your throat raw either like the other teas,and you can also split a real lemon in half and squeeze that in your tea.Get well soon and happy health to you.
