If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

That sounds a little early. Usually the egg and sperm meet in the fallopian tube and that is where conception occurs, then the embryo travels out of the tube down into the uterus. Did yuo have any cramping feeling with the bleeding? I had cramps with my first two pregancies when i had the implantation bleeding

Implantation bleeding is not experienced by everyone and would typically occur later than what you are experiencing. Did you use protection? I think the bleeding is a result of the rough sex and nothing to worry about. The morning after pill could work if you are truly afraid but it is less and less effective the closer to the 72 hour mark you get. Good luck and I really do not think you have anything to worry about, especially if you used any types of protection.

Implantation can happen at the time the fertilized egg implants in the uterus, on average between 6 to 12 days past ovulation, just around the time that you would be getting your period. So start or continuing calculating when you ovulate to be more accurate, if you're trying to conceive. If so, baby dust to ya!

No - it takes longer than this for the egg to travel from the fallopian tube to the uterus. Likelihood is that the sex was a little rougher than normal and caused a slight bleed. After 2 days those sperm may still be swimming around looking for an egg!

I believe it takes up to a week for the fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and start embedding.
