Its No other than BSNL in India.Sify,Airtel and relaiance are too costly and are not available in most part of the country.so for a common man BSNL is the best friend.

Air tel mobile connection provide u free interconnection once while special offer. otherwise it cost u Rs 500 per year. It will slow compared to BSNL broadband.

it depends on your needs......but dont go for any service put up by BSNL because the service is very poor and often leads one to frustration....be it dialup or broadband....give sify a try and oh yeah ..the guy who answered your query just before me is wrong BSNL IS NO FREE!!!!
