Maybe you need vitamins or iron. I am 31 weeks and I have been feeling faint and I was also worried. I have been taking Folic acid and it seems to be working. Don't worry talk to your doctor about it and he/she will recommend something for you to take or do.. (Good Luck)!!!!

I would guess your blood sugar got a little off, it can happen if you are doing too much or going to long between meals even if you don't have GD. First if you haven't been tested yet, get tested. If you have and you were fine then when it happens have a big glass of juice (orange is best) and put your feet up for awhile. Make sure you are drinking, eating and resting enough. It maybe your bodies way of telling you to slow down a little. HTH

When I was pregnant with my first child I had a few dizzy spells and thought I would pass out, but did not. After sitting down for 10 minutes I was ok agian. I had a problem with blood pressure with this pregnancy too, so maybe that had something to do with it. You are going to the dr. tomorrow, so just realx and take it easy today and dont worry.

I feel like that sometimes. It is usually one of two things....either not enough water or not enough sugar. Ask the doctor to be sure but next time sit down and drink some water. If that didn't work drink something like orange juice or eat a piece of hard sugar candy.

It could be your sugar. Do you feel extra tried? The gestational diabetes can show up around 28 weeks. He might want to do the sugar test. Have you taken that test in the past few weeks?

Tell your doctor your symtoms. He will probably want to run a GTT (glucose tolerance test). Sounds to me you may be experiencing some form of Gestational Diabeties. Which can be common in pregnant women. Luckily I didnt have it for both of my pregnancies.

Are you eating well and drinking enough? I felt like that only once and it only lasted about 5 minutes. If you are concerned you should call your doctor, don't wait til your appt. tomorrow.

It is natural. I used to feel like that. Chat to your doctor about it though just to be on the safe side
