If he's not rushing things then he's a gentleman and he'll make it worth your wait.
My current b/f.. I thought he'd never ever ever kiss me and when he finally did... oh my GOD!!!
It was like something out of a romance novel.
At a beach picnic in the night with the moon dancing on the water etc.
Its something I will never ever ever ever ever forget.
He said he doesn't want to rush the sex and I said no problem.
After a FIRST kiss like that, I know when we finally have sex, he'll really bring it.
PS. We've been dating for 2 years now and the kiss happened 8 months into the relationship.

Being that you are 15 you should make sure and not rush into anything. There may be a good reason that your boyfriend doesn't want to do that at this time. However, seeing that this may be important to you, let him know in a reasonable way. Sometimes the act of kissing can make you feel more appreciated and closer to him than just holding hands. But above all respect his feelings in the manner too. You are still young and will have more chances at this in life..... trust me.
