Contact the Dept of Persons with Disabilities and file a complaint with the government and send a copy of the complaint to Jack in the Box Restaurant and their Home Corporate office that will shake the Rats up. Find Jack in the box email and email them your complaint daily telling them you are filing charges for discrimination against handicapped persons

Why doesn't your brother carry some snacks with him?

Your brothers health is not the responsibility of Jack In The Box, and your telling them that they will be "responsible" is absurd.

If your brother has a habit of bugging employees, he is going to have problems everywhere he goes. It takes a lot to get banned from a national chain, yet your brother has managed to do it. Perhaps he should reflect on his behavior so this doesn't keep happening.

so he carries his blood tester kit with him where ever he goes but he doesn't have a pocket full of hard candies. sounds very suspicious. so you rushed down there . you had them call the manager and at some other time you had a conversation with an area manage. if it were me i probably would have could 911 because the paramedics would have gotten there faster and would have given him a shot...but maybe you are lightning fast. instead of running your mouth you should have bought a coke and given it to your brother... MONEY MONEY MONEY MONEY MONEY!!! it is bad business and would have cost them money if a customer strokes out on the premises!!! Pasta carbs and join a gym...you may safely eat 25 thousand carbs per day as long as you burn off 23!!!!!

Call Jack. Seriously, it's kind of hard to understand what you've written but I would call their toll free number and complain. If they don't respond within a week, call the local news media. Sometimes the people they hire can be so immature, not realizing how serious a health issue can be.

nothing...they have a right to refuse service to anyone. If their higher ups say he can go in then I would see if they would send you a letter stating that and also mail a copy to that stores manager. If they don't wanna do that...ur kinda up a creek without a paddle
