Yes you can develop antibodies to you mates semen this the cause of infertility. You need to use a condom for about 6 months if you trying to conceive. This will stop antibodies from killing sperm

Yes, but is is very rare and often misdiagnosed. You can be allergic to the protein in your partner's semen. You should ask your doctor. I thought that I was, and we had to eliminate other possibilities. It turned out that it was the lubricant we were using. It's more likely that it's something like that or a sexually transmitted disease. Get tested for the most common ones and hopefully rule that out, if you used a lubricant, eliminate that and see if that makes a difference, if it is, you can try another brand after you identify the culprit. But it definitely calls for a doctor's visit.

Though rare it is possible to be allergic to semen. The symptoms may be local or systemic and may include redness, sores, hives, swelling, and difficulty breathing amongst other things.
The allergy itself may not be to the sperm, but to other thing in the semen such as fructose, prostaglandins, or clotting agents that are part of semen. See your doctor if you think that your allergic. He may be able to help you.
