Foo foo valve is primarily Australian colloquial English. People say 'Don't bust your foo foo valve' when they see somebody doing heavy strenuous work especially lifting heavy loads. In this context it is used by men and woman. It is also used as an expression for the anal sphincter. In America it is also an impolite word for the vagina and sometimes the cervix. Women giving birth sometimes say their foo foo valve was torn ripped or damaged. Such terms rapidly take on wider meanings and I am sure it is now used to mean any part of the female sexual organs.

"Foo foo valve" was a shipboard term for a valve's name you have forgotten. You likely got ten points off for forgetting the name? Do I get 10 points off too? Oh, foo foo! Good luck.

If this was a science project or exam i can see why you had 10-points deducted. How can there be anything in a machine that nobody knows what it does? Even if you and I don't at least the manufacturer does. Points were deducted because a) the term is wrong b) it doesn't make sense in context.

I use 'oh foo' as an alternative to swearing at home so my two year old doesn't learn swear words from me...perhaps i'm corrupting her more than i thought!

I guess you cheat at scrabble as well?
Seriously, it was a term for things used on ships, but now might be considered an effeminate derogatory (like "frou frou")
