Contact your ISP and they will be able to give you instructions over the 'phone to get your mail transferred to O.E.

As the other person said it is not possible to give your yahoo account in Microsoft Outlook because their SMTP and POP3 server names are not applicable on the free email service.
But if you want to check all the yahoo and other mails from your hard disk which is similar to configur outlook you have a great tool using which you can do this.
You can download this tool from http://www.download.com/3000-2369-10045181.html which is absolutely free and using this you can download mails from your yahoo and other mail accounts into your hard drive.

you can use Outlook with Yahoo only if you have a paid email account.
For free accounts there is an application similar to Outlook called YPOPs. Try this way. Download from
