Proof of urgency for tatkal passport?

Hai,
Iam getting married in December this year. My fiance is in US with H1B visa. I need to apply for passport and i prefer going for tatkal passport as the time is short now..Along with the normal documents needed for a normal passport,i heard that i must get Verification Certificate and a proof of urgency..What is that prrof of urgency?what are the details to be furnished there?

why don't you ask passport office?
