my nose is straight and nice from profile but I don't like it face on very much. It is not overly huge but doesn't really have much structure if you know what I mean. It would only need minimal work, so is it possible to give it more shape and structure by just removing gristle, rather than a full on nose job?

Please read about the perils of a nose job, especially if you're adimitting you're not super in need of one. They talk through this sort of thing on 'Say No To The Knife' on BBC3. There are big things that can go wrong with a simply nose job - given that they basically take a big hammer and chisel to your nose cartilidge and knock away at it for a while. You can lose your sense of smell, your tear dusts can break *and* it can take half a year for the swelling to go down. They're just three of the dangers involbed.

i don't believe of you should, besides the very undeniable truth that i'm particular you should. that is unlike your existence is dramatically ruined previous comprehension... Womens breast are oftentimes different sizes so i'm particular they offer the impact of being organic. and 20 vast difference isn't so large a huge difference that human beings except you may word. I wonderful the "sue, sue, sue" way of existence disgusting as human beings lately will sue absolutely everyone for something... in case you rfile is an outstanding guy visit him and whinge and ask if he will replace the only it truly is misguided. If he says no then elevate suing, yet finally in case you'll get the op corrected for loose plus per chance another extras then i'd opt for that selection..

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, do you want it to look bigger or do you want it to look thinner? Surgeons can alter the front view of the nose, but this may alter the profile somewhat. HTH.

Get nose job surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.
