follow up question: how can it affect the baby?

Ah what I wouldn't give to have the dreams I had when I was pg again, lol. My hubby would make fun of me, telling me I was worse then a teenage boy in my sleep, lol.
It is totally normal, your imagination runs wild when you are pg in dream land. As for the baby, the happier and healthier mom is then the happier and healthier baby is. A healthy sex life can be great for the baby, one the baby likes the movement, lol, two the big "O" for mom uses the same muscles used in childbirth so can strengthen your body for delivery (making it easier and faster, big plus there) and three sex effects your mood and your body in many possitive ways pg or not.

i had lots of sexual fantasies when i was pregnant i wanted my husband all the time make the most of it as when the baby born you lose the urge its weird.maybe that's why i had so may kids .it does not affect the baby at all as long as you don't do anything to risky.

well it depends on where you view it from i know a lot of cultures that believe that it's bad to have fantasize while pregnant that it could cause you problems so one should always against such things.But from the neutral and medical point i don't think that there is any problem with it.Try however to have as much sex as your body wants so you don't keep fantasizing

sex while pregnant should be ok(check with your doctor first) if not preferred i don't know about the fantasy part but think of sex as parkng the car in the garage not the whole house

perfectly NORMAL pregnant or not pregnant...fantasies are just that..not real. they cant hurt you.
and they have NO effects on your baby. your baby will be just fine and not know the difference.
