i like all of my facial features except my jaw/jowl. I am only twenty one and very thin but I have quite a round face, especially by my lower jaw, and think this is due to the shape of my lower jaw and not excess fat! Is there any such cosmetic surgery that can give you a more chiseled jaw line, so I'd have a thinner face? I've seen nose jobs etc but never this. And if there is such a thing what kind of price would it be ..

Well yes, it is possible, but not always the most well performed procedure. You would be best to consult with an experienced maxillofacial surgeon. But you may have some excess fat at the jawline and removing this can give more definition and sharpness. HTH : )

Before you opt for surgery (which can sometimes turn out devastatingly bad) see a counsellor and talk to her/him about why you don't like your face. You don't have to look like all the other people your age. You CAN learn to love the way you look! Ask yourself also, if you would like your face better than now if the surgeon messed up. I don't believe you would!
