I'm trying to lower my bp without having to take medicine so I go about 5 hours these days; used to be only an hour. It's getting really cold out, I may actually manage to quit this winter. I hope. Wish me luck?

My first cigarette of the day is usually 2 hours after i wake up. I don't know why, but i can't smoke before that. After that it's every 20-30 minutes.

I used to go for about 2 and a half hours because I had to wait for break time. Now it's been almost three years. I quit because I couldn't afford them any more. If they get cheaper and the social stigma disappears I would probably start again.

i light up as soon as i wake up. and i probably never go more than 10 or 15 minutes in between smokes. but if i get really busy at work i do at times have to go 30 or 40 minutes to get a few quick drags and then go back at it.

Tailor Mades are about every 20-30 minutes. Hand rolled about an hour. I smoke hand rolled.

20-30 mins but if I'm in a place that i can't light up i can wait till 3-4 hours...

Hehehe, thanks for the warning :) It really depends on what I'm doing; I can get lost here, for example, for a good two hours before I notice I need a smoke! usually, at work, it's once an hour, and at home it varies.

15 minutes of getting up in the A.M. I guess 3 hrs in between each one if I am forced to wait.

I usually smoke a cigarette about every 30 min. or so. If I'm drinkin........every 5 min.LOL.
