what happens to a person who goes through the streets of N.Y. (or another city) and wear a t-shirt with this sentence: "War is god's way, to teach the american people what geography is".

Is that "freedom of opinion"? Or gets this person a problem by the police/US-Gouverment?

Yes, that's freedom of speech, under the First Amendment. Arguments over tee shirt messages can erupt, of course, if such a person walks past someone belligerent who has the opposing view.

But what, exactly, would be the opposing view in this case? What, exactly, do you think he meant by it? Not as obvious as all that, is it?

nicely, i will tell you that interior the section the place I stay there have been ones who have been considered as religious examples and then later they have been given disfellowshipped. One in my congregation grow to be considered as a non secular occasion and grow to be pioneering and then they ended up getting disfellowshipped. thankfully, this individual grow to be reinstated, notwithstanding some others by no skill return. all of us be attentive to that the assumption of "as quickly as stored, continually stored" would not artwork, yet whilst issues like this take place that's greater stable to settle for. How long somebody has been a Witness isn't as suitable as holding religious footing. according to probability unswerving individual grow to be faking, yet i think of it extremely is quite a possibility that unswerving individual grow to be a Witness for only approximately 40 years yet has now chosen to reject the employer.

It may not be Gods way but, It makes sense. I didn't know much about the middle east, geographically, Until we started our war over there. Suddenly, I wanted to know where all the different countries over there were.

protected by freedom of speech ... however, it would not prevent anyone offended from kicking your rear end ... it would only protect your right to display the slogan and give you recourse to prosecute the offended assailants should you survive the assault

a little common sense could prevent both ... in other words, dont advertise for a butt beating if you aren't prepared to get one. as in all slogans, its not so much what you imply as what they infer, so, you are at the mercy of their interpretation of your message, not your actual meaning.
