Math is a universal language, unless your talking alternate or parallel universe then the math would be the same for them as it is for us.
If they had the ability to be interested in our math then i don't think they would as they would surely already have developed an understanding of mathematical application at a level superior to ours for e.g how much math from alien cultures are we interested in?

No. How do you think that aliens are interested in our mathematical system? Why do you say that? Have you seen an alien? Or have you heard from one? Or are you instigating that that if there were aliens, they will feel interested in our mathematical system? Because you like it? Or you feel that it is god? You might be crazy. Please, take a break. Go for a holiday. Don't do maths for a few weeks.

Alien math may not be too much further advanced than ours. We have the mathematical (and scientific) capability to travel through space. We've done it before. We just can't travel long distances because we haven't found wormholes yet, which may either be a "scientific" thing with no math involved, or it could be extremely complex math.
In short, we won't know for a while.

I hate these religious freaks who rub God off on everything. They think we're such a poor helpless bunch that need to credit God with our originality for salvation? I call it pathetic.
Extrateresstrials would take interest in mathematics, perhaps greater interest than any other field of study on earth (if they're advanced enough)
I think there has been more development of mathematics than any other discipline.

the q is a philosophical q with no real answer our number system is what we came up with to explain our perception of what we see if they can get here to be interested in anything about us they would have to have better tecnology than ours therefore they should understand more about numbers than us numbers if your correct in saying were created by god should then be universal depending on your religious beliefs

well if god created math wouldnt that mean he made the aliens too? so therfore wouldnt they beable to understand this very simple numbering system, specially if well the visited us why would the number system be so hard to figure out i mean the would have figured out inter-spacial travel. so bieng as tht what would be so dificult we would be the primitive species

I think we will have huge misunderstandings with the base 9 aliens. Everything will seem so close but not,.

I think that this question could be interesting, but you shall have to rephrase it, because right now it is unintelligible.
