Yes, it IS 16 games in the season, but credit where credit is due. The Saints at 3-0 are a nice surprise. You N.O. fans, take a bow, have a drink, celebrate!
You MAY actually have the "winning combination"
(Good coach, good QB, tough team....)
we'll see..........

My Saints will go 5-0 before being tested by the Eagles. The Panthers should not be a problem since we were even able to beat them when we had garbage can Aaron Brooks for a quarterback. We have a very good quarterback now and everyone seems to be healthy. The Panthers on the other hand are plagued with injuries as usual. We have Tampa Bay after that and they have their share of problems at quarterback too. I think the players believe in their coach and most importantly, they believe in themselves. We have a lot of offensive weapons and the defense is looking great. I'll be at the Saints/Panthers game this Sunday and I'm looking forward to a great game.

Wow. They are YOUR Saints now? Congratulations.
One game does not a season make. Or even 3.
Hopefully the usually hapless Saints will have a winning season. I would like to see them in the playoffs. But, there is still another 13 or so games to go.
Ask again at the end of December 2006.

what are the saints 3-0 now. Great. I hope they win the Superbowl. Not only does that city need it that whole state needs it. When they beat the Falcons at the Superdome on Monday that was what that city needed. You can hype on them about how good they are and blah blah. But they have a great young coach. Each of those players have something more important to play for. Some of their homes were destroyed, some of their family members died or were displaced. Anybody who hates on the Saints is pretty much heartless. A year removed after Katrina im rooting for this team. They arent my Cowboys. But go Saints.

They made the best free agent move in the off season getting Drew Brees. Houston was stupid passing up Reggie Bush, and Mario Williams has done nothing. They have two great running backs, and proved themselves beating a good team that looked bad in the Falcons. They look good but need to keep it up. Im not sure on the rest of their schedule but they have potential. I dont think Super Bowl potential, but with the great start a great chance at playoffs, and would be nice to see them get some home field advantage...

They got the momentum for now. But they still will fall short of the playoffs. But this start is going to do big things for the city. I am glad to here they sold out every home game this year.
I do hope that they do well...they just need a few more years to blossom. Their defense still needs work, and I don't think they can hold all season long.

its still only 3 games, but I'm actually hoping they continue to do something good. They do look good, but I'm not quite ready to jump on their bandwagon just yet. Reggie bush would do well no matter where he is. Brees was a great signing, hes a good QB. And they seem to have a pretty good defense too. Im not fully convinced yet though sorry my man. Give it a few more weeks and I'll let you know.

Two weak teams, and a game with all of the home field advantage emotion a team will ever play with.
I think they miss the playoffs.
