L.A County is one of the best in California.

The best way to determine how working for the County is probably depends on you. If you are adversarial and lazy you might find a probably. If you are cooperative and show an interest in doing your job well, you will probably enjoy it. Fortunately, the county workforce is large and depending on your job if you end up with a problem supervisor at some point you may make a change. That is nicer than working under a bum in a small operation and having to live with that forever or find another job. Good luck.
