this is not an insult but maby u have a phobia about ppl touching ur food. it seems to me that u prefer to buy mass produced food. ie food dat u buy in the supermarket that has been made in bulk and u dont think of it as being made by individuals and being touched. are u very into hygene? as in do u like things to be extra clean? maby thats y u dont like seeng ppl make ur food for the reason that they could be less carefull abt clenliness as u are and that puts u off.

ps: i never think of how my food is made otherwise i would be a fruitarian :) i cant be a vegitarian cuz i dont eat most veg :)

if your a nv then your inner mind says not to eat it especially when you see how it is made .so become a vegetarian.you can't buy food from local shops because your inner mind becomes concious of hygene .if your mind instructs not to eat.control your temtations.if it comes again just think its your mind and can be the master of my mind ,then no such feelings would come.

I have a similar problem though I dont feel sick from eating anything; if it looks gross I just dont eat it. I attribute it to oversensitivity/clairsentience . ..this kind of thing would actually be more common in other countries, no one seems to talk about it here (US)

There was that e. coli outbreak and every once in a while Mad Cow disease creeps up. Just make your own meals that way you know what's in it.

It's psychological, and a luxury of a person who either doesn't know how to cook, or doesn't have a family to cook for.
