No. If you were, you would say that you aren't a pathological liar. You can't be telling the truth either, as a truthful person wouldn't say that they were a pathological liar. Hence, you are a liar, but not a pathological liar.

Only if you're telling the truth ;) Pathological liars, (I think) don't necessarily lie about everything. This question struck a personal nerve with me because my middle son called me a P/L. I was surprised that he chose that because I can't recall ever lying to him about anything in his entire life or mine...

Hahaha I had a dating with one various years in the past. She might'nt have admitted that. She became pmore probable to tell me how she have been common to Cambridge college to study psychology. She did attempt and spin a yarn like that or some thing like that
