Sadly Nick Griffin got away from a jail sentence last year. Some say that banning parties like the BNP and the NF will only force them underground and make them even more right wing. I hate them just as much as you do - the BNP stood for the first time in my local ward this year and I was fuming - but I did something about it. Get involved with organisations like Unite Against Fascism in your area. Good luck, and we will beat the bastards.

As the term NAZI stands for National socialist und arbeits partie, national socialist and workers party then how do you decide who meets this criterion? however if you mean the ultra right wing dictators and their followers who practice genocide etc, then if they can be can be caught, as in the case of Saddam Hussein then after fair trial and found guilty then yes by all means incarcerate them, I would suggest that another writer coming out with the old Holocaust thing should perhaps look at the Israelis record of abuse to the palestinians in the last forty years, what this question implies is that anyone with an opposing view which does not fit in comfortably with middle America/England should be locked up, now that really is a NAZI way of doing things.

I'd throw a safe guess that 98% of the nazi's in Germany were just following orders or caught up in the flow of things.

Imagine if the president and leader of the Republican party committed genocide and mass murder. Would you then automatically assume that all Republicans were racists capable of mass murder?

Anyway, it was a sad time in Germany's history. You're a little late, bud...

P.S. Before you idiots think about it, I'm not pro-Nazi. I'm just pro-thinking.

nazis hardly exist today first of all, and if they do they would deny being nazis. how could you enforce it, especialy when most likely the majority of nazis dont belong to a nazi group?
second, you could also argue that palestinians and lebanese are nazis. in this case a tougher and more "politically incorrect" stance should be taken against those who are anti-Israel.
