well i think everything depend upon our confidance level. have possitive attitute, have confidance that affect on your body language and personality.
When you with customer always try to listen him carefully. remember customer is always right. your body language is always like that which shows your caring and helping personality.
at last have faith in yourself. if we have faith we always win...

To Develop any thing, first dig in deep and see what is inbuilt,(with-in-u) when u are able to do this, then most of your questions are automatically answered,, rest of it you will learn enough by the time you finish reading all the answers given by the learned ones for your Q?

1) Listen to them
2) Treat them with respect even if they seem to be from Mars
3) Always tell the truth even if it is bad...it is worth in the long run
4) Always tell the bad news as soon as possible
Always have good thoughts for your customers...when you gave thougths , you will only do good actions...and actions repeated becomes behaviour and personality
