try to find a quiet place to study. Get away from distractions like the computer/ tv/ music/ and myspace lol.

seriously. Just tell yourself to snap out of it. You don't need medication or any of that stuff... YOu can also try to do Yoga so you can learn how to relax without having the computer in front of you. You need to get serious with your studying. 1st your studying then friends. Try to hang with your friends after you're done with your work. DOn't hang out with them 1st and the do your work.. i tried doing that and i don't have enough energy to do homework and i get lazy. Then i go to sleep and put it off for the next day. Anyways try to take a shower before doing hw. and try to focus. FOCUS! lol. and trust me studying and doing good will be all worth it in the future:)goodluck!

Sounds silly, but something rhythmic can help a lot while you are studying...I recommend chewing gum (sugarless!), squeezing a cush ball, headphones with soft, voiceless music or heartbeat sounds or white noise. Also, set your watch or clock to ding after 15 minutes and take a 5 minute break...lengthen the work time slowly. On a deeper level, are you in the right field of study? Changing a major to something you are passionate about would help.

All good advice.

Studies have shown that students who listen to classical music (nothing operatic or choral - with words/singing) improve their concentration, focus, and test scores.

Look for a CD of relaxing classical music... that oughta do the job!

Good luck!

Stop washing your hair with soap, just rinse it or soak your head in a bathtub. You can use a little essential oils or conditioner to make it smell all fresh and pretty
