use does with the subject word in third person singular. does should be followed by the basic form of the main verb of the sentence.

The easiest way to explain is that it is a form of the verb to do.
I "do", we "do", they "do",he "does", she "does", " it " does
When you're speaking in the first person, or you are the one "doing", you usually say 'do'. But it changes for he, she, it.

Your question is a bit vague, but I will try to help:
1. "does" is the singular form of "do" e.g. He does... They do
2. "does" is the present tense form of "did" e.g. Yesterday he did...
Everyday he does...
Hope it helps!
