The only 100% accurate way to tell is to have the blood test done at the doctors office. Home tests are no where near 100% accurate.

No, they're not 100% accurate, but it would be unusual for THREE tests to come back negative -- especially if you were 3 months along.

Have you lost a lot of weight? You can't menstruate when your body fat dips below a certain percentage.

In any case, go to a doctor -- only a doctor can confirm with absolute certainty that you are (or are not) pregnant.

They usually tell you the accuracy level in the packaging. They're pretty close, about 99% or something. Missing periods could be a symptom of many things, other than pregnancy. Go see your doctor just to be sure. It may just be stress, an increase in exercise or some other life event or health issue affecting you. Some people have very irregular periods.

The same thing happend to me. Go get a blood test from the doctor. Low hcg levels can lead to hpt test coming up negative. I didn't go to the doctor for five months cause I didn't think I was pregnant cause those tests kept coming up negative. You need a blood test it's the only 100% guarentee.

MmMmm. Are you getting the shot or have you ever so you won't become pregnant? I hear it has a lot of side affects. be careful. It can be weight also that's keeping you from getting your period. You gotta see a Obyn Doctor. They'll help you. maybe you're stressing it too much ..... maybe it's weight maybe you're underweight or over. Either way I think you should see a doctor. This isn't normal. They can put you on the pill so you can get your period. I had a friend who had to do that.

No, while they are very accurate, they are not 100%. However, there could be a lot of reasons your period is late. (ie. weight loss, stress, hormone imbalance, etc) Make an appointment with your physician to find out the cause and rule out anything serious.

Have a blood test because the home prego tests can be faulty sometimes. You don't mention how many you have done.
